Our “Try At Home” guarantee means that you can return your orbis™ or your orbis™ arm to us within 14 days* if you don’t absolutely love it !
The orbis™ is also covered with a one-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. For any guarantee issue, please email us at support@enlightphotopro.com to arrange your return.
If you buy an orbis™ and orbis™ arm ‘combo’ and decide to return just the orbis™ arm with the “TryAtHome” guarantee, the orbis™ arm is valued at US$49.
*your order must be un-damaged and in saleable condition with all packaging. Does not include return shipping fees; we suggest using a tracked service, preferably tracked, traced and insured.
Your Photos
If you have any great photos taken with your orbis™, feel free to post them to the orbis™ ring flash flickr group here. You’re welcome to draw our attention to them with an email, but we keep a close eye on the fantastic work of orbis™ photographers on flickr and elsewhere.
We run regular competitions too, details are on the front page of the flickr group.
Retail Accounts
If you are a retailer or distributor who’d like to stock the orbis™, please contact us at team@enlightphotopro.com with RESELLER in the subject line to apply for Official Reseller status.
Our Delivery Policy
- Quick delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are despatched same day, all others within 24 hours except under unusual circumstances and public holidays.
- Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to your door depending on your choice of shipping method, from the logistics center in the USA, UK or NZ that is closest to you.
- No Signature Required: Deliveries may not require a signature. If you are particularly concerned by this, please email support@enlightphotopro.com and we’ll work to accommodate your requirements.
- Despatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched.
- Delivery Times: Our logistics partners aim to despatch your order within 1 day if your item is in stock. In the unlikely event of a back order situation your confirmation email will specify when we expect to ship.

No tolerance policy regarding Fraud
We will report any attempted fraudulent use of this website to the relevant authorities closest to you. Any purchases through www.orbisflash.com that are deemed to be fraudulent at the sole discretion of enlight photo, whether intentional or not, will be cancelled at your own risk.
Some sections of this website represent a shop; if you’re not the kind of person who would shoplift please remember that fraudulent use of a website ordering system for material gain is theft. Credit Card fraud in particular is a crime that is being committed daily over the internet, that we and our partners at PayPal treat very seriously.

9 Returns: To return any products to enlight photo, you must first request a Return Authorisation number from enlight photo, using the contact details on the Contact Us page of our website. Once a Return Authorisation has been granted, you must despatch your orbis(tm) within 7 calendar days with the Return Authorisation number clearly marked on the outside of the package. You must email ops@enlightphotopro to confirm despatch of your orbis(tm) so that we know to expect it. Issuance of a Return Authorisation does not guarantee acceptance of product if other terms and conditions are not met. The enlight photo warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the supplied orbis™ ring flash and accessories only. enlight photo will not be held responsible for any resulting loss or damage to property, or loss of income or earnings that may be caused by failure of the orbis™ ring flash or accessories, or by complications or costs arising from the use of the orbis™ ring flash or any associated hardware. All warranties are limited to the original purchaser only and are not transferable. Warranty registration is not required but you are asked to retain proof of purchase. Any party returning a faulty product must pay all applicable freight (and insurance if applicable) charges to return the unit to the location designated with our Return Authorisation code and do so at their own risk. enlight photo will at our discretion repair, replace or credit the faulty product. Any product returned as faulty but tested and found to be OK may incur a handling charge. If your warranty claim is deemed valid by enlight photo, freight charges will be paid for the replaced or repaired product to be returned to you. enlight photo will fully support our products for the entire warranty period but cannot provide support if we deem that the products were subject to misuse or physical damage. All returns will be rejected unless clearly marked with a Return Authorisation Code supplied by enlight photo Customer Services. enlight photo reserves the right to replace any faulty product that is no longer in production with a current model. enlight photo strives to ensure a 10 working day turnaround from the time the product arrives at the designated office, but cannot be held responsible for reasonable delays.

Limitations of liability: enlight photo limited assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to, or virusses that may infect your computer, equipment or other property caused by your access to or use of www.orbisflash.com. enlight photo limited shall not be liable to any party for any damages arising out of the use of, inability to use or results of use of www.orbisflash.com or any website linked to or fromwww.orbisflash.com or the website of any affiliate of enlight photo limited.
